Movin’ Maxwell’s BBQ is a counter‑service, family‑run smokehouse in the heart of downtown Silver City, New Mexico. We serve a Texas‑inspired menu built around brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and chicken, plus delicious rotating specialties like hatch green chile sausage or pork belly burnt ends. Started in 2025 by a husband‑and‑wife team, our food is rooted in tradition, community, and a whole lot of heart. We’re great for families and big groups, with a beautiful outdoor dining area nestled in The Hub Plaza, perfect for lingering. We’re open Saturday through Tuesday from 11 a.m. until we sell out — because in true BBQ fashion, when it’s gone, it’s gone.
